Source note · Building an inbound routing script in NICE CXone Studio
Users are assigned to a skill from ACD > Contact Settings > ACD Skills by opening the skill, clicking the Users tab, selecting the checkbox for each user, clicking Add Users, setting each user's Proficiency, and clicking Save Proficiencies.
