The CUCM 15 Basic Paging task flow runs in this order: enable SNMP on all nodes, create the SNMP community string, configure region and device pool, configure partition and CSS, create CTI ports, configure an AXL access control group, create the application user, enable phone web access, and set the authentication URL.
