Source note · Five9 IVR and Studio
The Five9 Voice Input module records caller speech. It defaults to a Max Time of 30 seconds (excluding prompts), a Final Silence of 3000 ms and a Max Attempts of 1, and recording also stops on a DTMF key or disconnect.
