In the Sierra integration, the Five9 implementation team sets Sierra's SIP domain in the X-FQDN-OB-PRD-Sierra header. Sierra returns X-headers, with X-RouteType telling Five9 the next action (such as skill transfer, external transfer, hangup or agent routing).
