Source note · Five9 IVR and Studio
Every Five9 inbound or autodial campaign contains a default IVR script schedule. It is used while the campaign runs unless a higher-priority schedule applies, and it cannot be deleted or have its timing changed, although a script can be assigned to it.
Checked 2026-09-25
The default schedule is used when the campaign is running unless a higher priority IVR script schedule exists.
