Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
When callers are not directed to the correct skill group, agent or greeting, Five9's troubleshooting checks are to review the IVR routing on the campaign's IVR tab, verify in the IVR script's properties that the correct skills are associated with the script, and confirm agents are logged in and ready.
