Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
For calls that disconnect when dialing an inbound campaign, Five9 says to confirm an uploaded greeting is in the supported format for new files (WAVE audio, ITU G.711 mu-law, mono, 8000 Hz) and, if a prompt was updated, to remove and re-add it in the Play module's Prompt tab.
Checked 2026-09-30
The supported format for new files uploaded to the system is WAVE audio, ITU G.711 mu-law, mono 8000 Hz.
