Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
In a campaign profile, dispositions can be assigned and grouped with Add Group and Add Disposition and reordered with Up and Down; in the agent application, dispositions assigned in the campaign are listed first (alphabetically, uppercase before lowercase), followed by the profile's dispositions and groups in the profile's order.
