Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
Five9's worked menu example chains a Play module (greeting prompt), a Get Digits module with Maximum Number of Digits set to 1, and a Case module on the BUFFER variable with a branch per digit (Equals 1, Equals 2) plus the default No Match branch, with one Skill Transfer module connected to each digit branch.
