Source note · Setting up a Five9 inbound campaign
In Five9's worked example the No Match branch is bounded by an INTEGER variable initialised to 5, an If/Else module that hangs up when the variable is less than 1, and a Set Variable module that subtracts 1 and returns to the Play module, so five consecutive invalid entries disconnect the call.
