Source note · Connecting Unified CM to RingCentral contact center
To make a number a RingCX CCRN, in the RingEX Admin Portal go to Phone System > Phone Numbers > All numbers, select the number, set Connect Calls To to Contact Center, choose Type RingCentral RingCX and the RingCX account, optionally pick a destination, and save.
