Source note · Setting up the Webex App for Unified CM calling
Control Hub has a Migrate Jabber to Webex app wizard under Services > Updates that sets calling behavior (email domain or UC Manager profile) for selected users of a Cloud-Connected UC cluster, and allows one migration task at a time.
