Cisco's Unified CCX support page's release selector now lists only two releases: Unified Contact Center Express 12.5(1) (Status: Not Orderable, End-of-Support Date: 31-Dec-2027) and Unified Contact Center Express 15.0(1) (Status: Available, Release Date: 30-Apr-2025). It lists no 11.6, 12.0, SU1-SU3, or 12.6 release; 11.6 and 12.0 survive only in a separate, older Data Sheets list further down the page.
