Cisco ended the A-FLEX-E2MPP licence SKU, which enabled Webex Calling on Enterprise-firmware 7800 and 8800 phones, with a last day of support of October 31, 2021. Webex Calling customers instead convert eligible phones to multiplatform firmware themselves in Control Hub.
