Source note · Cisco Desk and Room devices for calling
To add a Room or Desk device to a new workspace, the admin goes to Management > Devices > Add device, selects Shared usage and New workspace, chooses Cisco Room and Desk device, picks the calling service, selects a Professional or Common area workspace license, assigns location, number and extension, and then activates with the provided code.
