Source note · Amazon Lex bots in Amazon Connect
In-Connect bot building is enabled per instance in the AWS console under Flows by selecting 'Enable Lex Bot Management' and 'Enable Bot Analytics and Transcripts', and users then need the security profile permissions Channels and Flows > Bots (View, Edit, Create) and Analytics and Optimization > Historical metrics (Access).
