Source note · Amazon Lex bots in Amazon Connect
A third-party speech-to-text provider for a Connect bot locale is configured with a provider model ID and an AWS Secrets Manager secret holding the API key; the secret must be in the same Region as the Connect instance and the locale must be rebuilt before the setting takes effect.
