Source note · Amazon Connect contact flows and routing profiles
Flow modules cannot override the flow local data of the invoking flow, so external attributes, Amazon Lex attributes, Customer Profiles attributes, agent assist attributes, queue metrics and stored customer input are unavailable inside a module and data must be passed in and out as attributes.
