If the Amazon Connect IP ranges are already allowlisted and DNS resolution is unrestricted, the TurnNlb domain need not be allowlisted; AWS suggests checking resolution with nslookup against a TurnNlb hostname and allowlisting the TurnNlb endpoints if it fails.
