Source note · Setting up queued callbacks in Amazon Connect
In a routing profile's Queues section each queue entry has a Channels setting, a Priority in which a lower number is handled first, and a Delay in seconds that is the minimum time a contact must be in the queue before it is routed to an available agent; the channel chosen for the queue must also be enabled in the profile's Channel Settings or contacts on it are not routed.
