From Chrome 147 and Edge 147, Local Network Access restrictions block the CCP-to-client websocket, and Amazon Connect requires deploying the LoopbackNetworkAllowedForUrls enterprise policy (e.g. [*.]my.connect.aws) or screen recordings fail.
