Android OS and firmware updates for Teams Android devices come from the OEM, are certified by Microsoft, and are distributed through Teams Admin Center or the Teams Rooms Pro management portal. Updates installed through an OEM's own service must be certified and available in TAC or PMP for the device to remain eligible for support.
