Source note · Webex Calling Site Survivability Gateway
In Survivability mode on MPP devices and the Webex App, attended call transfer and blind call transfer are both supported while conferencing and three-way calling are not, and on VG4xx analog terminal adapters transfer is supported only when the incoming call is received on the adapter.
