The Cisco Calling Plans article gives 3 different toll-free positions across its country tabs: the United States tab states that toll-free numbers are only available in the U.S. and Canada locations, 17 tabs state that toll-free numbers aren't currently available and that neither new orders nor ports of existing toll-free numbers are possible, and the Canada tab states neither.
