Regional Media for Cloud Connected PSTN routes PSTN traffic through a local data centre when the PSTN provider is connected to the customer's local region, and routes it to the organisation's home region when the provider is not; it does not apply to Webex room systems.

If your PSTN provider isn’t connected to your local region, your PSTN traffic is routed to your organization’s home region. Webex Calling Regional Media for CCP does not apply to Webex room systems.
