Source note · Webex Contact Center flow activity error paths
An activity with no error path connected falls through to the global error handler on the event flow canvas and a flow with neither ends when an error occurs.

If you fail to define error paths in both Main Flow and Event Flows the flow ends when an error occurs during the flow execution.
