Route List Calls is an add-on Webex Calling license for organisations with users on an on-premises private branch exchange that want Cloud Connected PSTN, with a maximum of 10000 calls for an individual subscription and 10 concurrent licenses during trial, and Cisco states that a Webex Calling Dedicated Instance subscription already includes the feature so no additional license is required.
