Source note · Webex Calling Dedicated Instance applicability
Dedicated Instance customers are entitled to Mobile and Remote Access licences for 100 percent of their Knowledge Worker count and to business-to-business calling for 5 percent, and the Dedicated Instance operations team deploys Mobile and Remote Access for 20 percent of the Knowledge Worker licence at activation, leaving the customer to expand to the entitled 100 percent based on consumption.
