Source note · Webex Calling Dedicated Instance applicability
A fully deployed Dedicated Instance Unified CM cluster supports up to 8 call processing servers or approximately 50000 devices with version 14 and above, a full-size cluster holds 50000 configured devices, and a maximum of 160000 end users may be configured or synchronised over LDAP into the cluster whether or not they are active on it.
