When a desktop profile restricts Agent DN validation to provisioned or dial-plan rules, an ad hoc DN that does not meet the sign-in syntax rules causes the agent sign-in to be rejected.
Checked 2026-10-02
If an agent enters an ad hoc DN and the entry doesn't meet the sign-in syntax rules, the system rejects the agent sign-in.
