Source note · Troubleshooting Webex Contact Center flows
In Queue Contact, a weight can only be set on a Proficiency-type skill requirement (otherwise failure code 13, WEIGHT_NOT_SUPPORTED_FOR_SKILL_TYPE), and weights must be integers from 1 to 1000 (otherwise code 14, INVALID_SKILL_WEIGHT).
