The Version 2 connector is installed from Dynamics 365 by selecting the gear icon, Advanced Settings, Microsoft AppSource, searching for Webex Contact Center CRM Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365, selecting Get it now and accepting the legal terms and privacy statement.
