Two Cisco documents give different digit paths for changing a greeting by phone: the 2026 help article puts greetings under 3 then 2 for busy and 3 for no answer, while the 2024 tech note lists Change Busy Greeting as 2 and Change No Answer Greeting as 3 directly in the voice messaging menu.
