Source note · Setting up Webex Calling inside Microsoft Teams
To accept presence sync permissions an admin opens Cisco Call in Manage apps, selects the Permissions tab, chooses Grant admin consent, confirms the presence read and read-write permissions are listed, and selects Accept.
