Source note · Setting up Webex Calling inside Microsoft Teams
Bidirectional presence sync is turned on in Control Hub at Services > Calling > Settings > Webex App tab with the Presence sync toggle, plus the toggle in the Do Not Disturb (DND) Status Sync section.
