Source note · Troubleshooting Webex Calling survivability failover
Devices with 4G or 5G connectivity, such as the Webex App on mobile or tablet, may remain registered to Webex Calling during a site outage and so may be unable to call numbers at the same site that have moved to the Survivability Gateway.
