Source note · Webex Calling paging groups
On 9800 and 8875 phones, an incoming page's effect on an active call depends on priority: top priority puts the active call on hold, default mixes the page into the call audio, lower plays an alert tone and waits for the call to end or be held, and lowest ignores the page.
