Source note · Troubleshooting inbound calls to Webex Calling numbers
If the VIA host of an inbound INVITE from the PSTN provider does not match the voice class URI on the PSTN dial-peer, the Local Gateway will probably pick a different inbound dial-peer and never apply the dial-peer group toward Webex Calling, so the call fails or misroutes.
