Source note · Setting up analog devices and ATAs on Webex Calling
A VG4xx ATA is created in Control Hub under Devices > Add device by choosing Shared usage, then Existing workspace, selecting the workspace for port 1, choosing Cisco-managed device and the model, and entering the MAC address.
