For Office 365 OAuth, the CiscoSysLog event EvtMbxOAuthAccessTokenDBSaveSuccess confirms a successful token refresh and is expected roughly every 50 minutes. If EvtMbxOAuthAccessTokenRefreshThreadFailed appears instead, the Connection Mailbox Sync service should be restarted.
