In SBA mode Teams clients can make and receive PSTN calls through the local SBC, hold and resume, blind transfer, forward to a single number or Teams user, redirect call queue or auto attendant numbers to a local agent or alternative number, use VoIP fallback to PSTN, and call local users over VoIP.
