Translation rules are created with New-, Set-, Get- and Remove-CsTeamsTranslationRule and attached to an SBC with New- or Set-CsOnlinePSTNGateway through the InboundTeamsNumberTranslationRules, InboundPSTNNumberTranslationRules, OutboundTeamsNumberTranslationRules and OutboundPSTNNumberTranslationRules parameters; rules on an SBC apply in the order listed.
