In the Teams admin center, PSTN usage records are managed under Voice > Direct Routing > Manage PSTN usage records, voice routes under Voice > Direct Routing > Voice routes, voice routing policies under Voice > Voice routing policies, and a user's voice routing policy under Users > the user > Policies.
