Microsoft's example strips +1 for an SBC that expects 10-digit numbers using a rule with pattern ^\+1(\d{10})$ and translation $1, applied as OutboundPSTNNumberTranslationRules (called number) and OutboundTeamsNumberTranslationRules (calling number).
