Teams Direct Routing call routing is made up of voice routing policies (containers for PSTN usages that are assigned to users), PSTN usages (containers for voice routes that can be shared across policies), voice routes (a number pattern plus a set of online PSTN gateways) and online PSTN gateways (pointers to SBCs).
