A PSTN usage is created in PowerShell with Set-CsOnlinePstnUsage -Identity Global -Usage @{Add="name"}, and because Get-CsOnlinePSTNUsage output can be truncated, (Get-CsOnlinePSTNUsage).Usage lists the full usage names.
