Source note · Setting up Teams voice routing policies and dial plans
The ExternalAccessPrefix and OptimizeDeviceDialing parameters have been removed from New-CsTenantDialPlan and Set-CsTenantDialPlan; external access dialing is now handled through normalization rules, and Get-CsTenantDialPlan shows any external access prefix as a normalization rule.
