Source note · Setting up Teams voice routing policies and dial plans

Grant-CsTenantDialPlan assigns a tenant dial plan to a user (-Identity), to a group (-Group with -Rank), or sets the Global instance (-Global); -PolicyName $null removes a user's dial plan so the user falls back to the global dial plan.
