Source note · Setting up Teams voice routing policies and dial plans

Caller ID policies are managed with New-, Set-, Remove-, Get- and Grant-CsCallingLineIdentity in Teams PowerShell module 2.3.1 or later; a resource-account policy uses -CallingIDSubstitute Resource with -ResourceAccount set to the resource account's ObjectId and optional -CompanyName, and an anonymous policy uses -CallingIDSubstitute Anonymous.
