Direct Routing call routing has four elements. A voice routing policy (also called a call routing policy) holds PSTN usages. PSTN usages hold voice routes. Each voice route pairs a number pattern with online PSTN gateways, and an online PSTN gateway points to an SBC and holds its per-SBC configuration.
